Services
MDS provides B2B lead generation, data enrichment, email outreach, appointment setting, CRM automation, and related services. Scope, timelines, and deliverables for each engagement are agreed in writing.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in each individual engagement agreement. Late payments may result in pause of services.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and apply industry-standard safeguards to protect it.
Liability
MDS provides services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.
